Fat Out Fest 2024 opens with an interactive audio-visual performance from Hypersea, exploring fluidity, interconnectivity and modes of collectivity as inspired by Shezad Dawood’s artwork Leviathan: From the Forest to the Sea. Set in the context of the Hybrid Futures visual art exhibition at Salford Museum & Art Gallery, this brand new music performance will be developed during a week-long Samarbeta Residency, in collaboration with London-based blenders of experimental sound, art and tech, IKLECTIK.
